The TV Series Quiz - 1st December, 2014

The TV Series Quiz was conducted today by Anubhav Srivastava, Abhishek Sinha and Sib Sankar Dutta with help from the XQuizzite shadow team. We witnessed unprecedented participation from both the batches. The winners walked away with cash prizes. There were cash prizes for audience participation too. The final results were as:
1st - Sanat Puri & Riddhima Dutta and Santosh Nori & Vaibhav Charegaonkar
2nd - Aniroodh Ganeriwala & Rahul Biswas and Pranay Neema & Abhishek Sengupta

Udyamita - The XIMB Entrepreneurship & Business Quiz

XQuizzite successfully conducted Udyamita - The Entrepreneurship & Business Quiz in association with X-SEED - The Idea & Initiative Cell of XIMB and MyNewsStudio. The participation was overwhelming and it was really heartening to see a large number of enthusiasts stay all the way, late into the night. After several rounds of intense quizzing, two teams emerged joint winners:

The India Quiz XIMB 2014

The India Quiz was conducted in tradition, like every year, but at a new venue this year - The Xavier University Campus. We shortlisted the top three teams from the old campus via on online prelims and pitted them against the three best from the new campus. Several rounds of intense quizzing later, the final results looked like:

1st: Nishant Yadla & Subha Acharya
2nd: Ankur Abhilash & Samayita Nandi

The top two teams won cash prizes.

Initium - The Launch Quiz 2014

XQuizzite conducted its first formal event of the new academic year 2014-15 at the Old Campus today. Initium - The Launch Quiz was a general quiz that also had special rounds commemorating the centenary of World War I and the recently concluded Football World Cup. We witnessed enthusiastic participation from both the batches.

The final standings were as:

1st - Sumukh Savanur and Rohitaksh Panda
2nd - Abid Hossain and Abhinandan Pattnaik

Initium - The Launch Quiz | XQuizzite XIMB from Anubhav Srivastava

XQuizzite and XSYS - The Systems Association of XIMB jointly conducted XSYS TQ - The Systems Quiz.
QMs Aalekh Bhatt, Shriram Mishra & Sudipt Mishra from XQuizzite enthralled the quizzers with an exciting and unconventional array of questions from the world of technology and IT.

The top honours were bagged by-

1st - Rohan Naik & Manisa Parida
2nd - Rahul NS & Vinod Singh
3rd - Nihar Ranjan Padhy & Prabhas Das

Congratulating all the winners. We're glad to see such enthusiastic participation from the quizzers of XIMB!

Marching on with the Operations Quiz, GEN-OPSIS, which was conducted in association with XOPS - The Operations Committee of XIMB.

The quiz saw enthusiastic participation from both the seniors and the juniors.
